Solano County supervisors to decide on funds to pay for solar project (The Vacaville Reporter)
County leaders on Tuesday will decide whether to transfer $1.45 million to pay for a solar project in Fairfield that is estimated to bring in $500,000 in incentives and net the county $1 million in the next 20 years.
