Wacker Will Take Loss on Sale of Stake in Solar Wafer Venture (Bloomberg)
Wacker Chemie’s debt will also increase by 65 million euros under terms of the divestment of its 50 percent stake in Wacker Schott Solar GmbH, the Munich-based chemical company said in a statement today. The sale terms are confidential, it said.
